On the morning of 22 October 2025, Fan Xueshuang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Fuqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of Fuqing, led officials from relevant departments on a visit to the Fuxin Wheel project. The delegation inspected progress, coordinated practical issues on site and provided guidance for the continued delivery of this key project. City leaders Li Wenqing and Chen Kecai also attended.
During the visit, Chairman Weng Huajian reported on construction progress, market development, technical work and plans for the second phase. Mayor Fan noted the broad prospects for high-strength, lightweight forged aluminum wheels, particularly in new-energy vehicles, where reducing vehicle mass can improve energy efficiency and support national energy-saving goals.
Weng Huajian thanked the Fuqing Municipal Committee and Government for their continued support. He said Fuxin Wheel would accelerate construction and work towards early completion, production and operating results, contributing to Fuqing's high-quality economic and social development.
